We begin with phone call to learn more about your request, discuss our services and how we may assist you. If you are ready to proceed, we  may either switch to a video call to begin a complimentary consultation or schedule an in-person meeting depending on the project scope. 

During the complimentary consultation, we look at the home areas and as applicable, discuss related concierge services. Then we confirm scope of services and answer questions.

Whether you are in need of support within the next few weeks or  are planning a few months out, we schedule a time convenient for you to proceed.
