We charge by the hour with a three hour minimum. Our rates are discussed during the scope of services review. We provide an estimate of our pricing after your consultation.
The need for your availability onsite depends on the project. Some projects may need your decision-making, however other projects may require a limited time commitment from you.
We primarily serve Washington, DC, northern Virginia and suburban Maryland including parts of Montgomery and Prince George's counties.
As applicable, we discuss situations when additional homes are located beyond the primary service area.

Throughout her career, she developed successful business relationships by focusing on developing trust-based partnerships and delivering results. She leverages this experience to bring profession planning and organizing capabilities to your home.
